1. Cancellation by You
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of a course/session and receive a full refund less any transaction fees.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance incur a 25% fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours (or no-show) are non-refundable, except at our discretion.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If we cancel a class, you may choose between:
Full refund, or
Transfer to a future session.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., weather, public holidays), we will notify you and offer rescheduling or refund.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Transfer of fees to alternate sessions is immediate.

4. How to Request
Send cancellation or refund requests to info@geographyclassesjaipur.com with your course details and reason.

5. Disputes
We’ll attempt to resolve any refund disputes amicably. Disputes can be escalated to Jaipur courts if needed.

6. Special Cases
Subscriptions or installment plans: Cancellation accepted mid-cycle, but refunds are pro‑rated.

Scholarships or discounts: Original fee (pre-discount) may be used to calculate refunds.
